  • How can I print out my organizer?

    • Once in My1040, click the “Review and Send” Tab.
    • Click on “Print” from the bulleted list of options.
  • Multiple or Individual pdfs?

    Many clients have found it easier to upload a single pdf document during the process rather than several individual files. We encourage this!  It is not required to upload individual and separate documents for each item in the organizer.

  • Do you offer a referral program?

    We do! When you refer someone and they hire us, you will receive 10% off your next service. If you refer more friends, each additional referral will provide you 25% off your next service as a special thank you reward.

  • Scanning: Best format when creating documents?

    If your scanner has a “Document” setting, and can create pdfs, please use this option when creating files for uploading.  “Photograph” settings tend to render undersized and oversized images that can be difficult to read, manage and store.

  • How else can I send files to K2N?

    Fortunately, we have alternative methods to receive electronic files.  Our client upload option at k2n.cpa is used most frequently and tends to be easier for many clients to get us information.

  • Can I email my files?

    You can email files, but would prefer using the organizer or the client upload option at k2n.cpa. This allows us to do our best to keep your information safe and secure

     

    It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this process is completed.

  • When will you know I have completed my organizer?

    Once you feel as though you have completed the process, you will need to approve and finalize the organizer.  We will not receive notification until you complete and finalize.  While we may receive documents from you through email or the client upload, please make sure you “finalize” so we know you are ready to review your documents and communicate any additional questions or missing information.

  • Can I have a blank organizer?

    Yes!  If you wish to just use a blank organizer, you can visit https://k2n.cpa/personal-services
